Ministers discuss 20 years of the OSCE HCNM
At an event to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the OSCE High Commissioner on National Minorities, Foreign Ministers Carl Bildt of Sweden and Miroslav Lajčák of Slovakia, along with Rainer Hofmann, the President of the Advisory Committee to the Framework Convention on National Minorities at the Council of Europe, discussed the past 20 years of the work of the office and future challenges.
The debate was moderated by Edward Lucas, the International Editor of The Economist newspaper.
