Mamuka Khutsishvili (l) and Osman Mehriev-Kuradze are ethnic Meskhetians who have returned to the Samtskhe-Javakheti region, Georgia, 9 July 2008. The OSCE High Commissioner on National Minorities is working to facilitate the return of the Meskhetians.
