In Riga and in the south-eastern city of Daugavpils, he will focus on Latvia's achievements and outstanding challanges in the areas of naturalization, education reform and national minority participation in public life. Ambassador Vollebaek will discuss these issues with government officials, legislators, non-governmental organizations and school teachers and students.
