This will be the HCNM's second official visit to Belgrade and his fourth official visit to Pristine since taking up his position last year. The main purpose of the visit to Belgrade will be to discuss the general situation of national minorities in Serbia. In Pristine, the High Commissioner will deliver a public speech on minority rights at a major conference organized by the Belgrade-based Humanitarian Law Centre.
