Streamlining diversity: COVID-19 measures that support social cohesion

The OSCE High Commissioner on National Minorities has issued a set of policy recommendations for all OSCE participating States aimed at ensuring that the responses to the COVID-19 crisis take into account the need for all members of society, including persons belonging to national minorities, to be treated equally, avoiding the risk of social fragmentation that may result from differentiated application of emergency measures.
