About

The meeting will focus on how to teach the state (official) and minority languages in an efficient manner and use them as a means of integration in Central Asia's multi-ethnic societies. It will bring educational professionals from Central Asian states and is a part of the "Inter-state Dialogue on Social Integration and National Minority Education" launched by the Central Asian nations in November 2006 in Tashkent.

The process aims at promoting inter-state co-operation and mutual assistance in the field of education in order to further improve teaching standards in the region's minority-language schools and foster the integration of minority-language students in their home countries.
