The focus of his talks with high-level officials, opposition leaders, civil society and national minority communities will be on education and the alarming trend of increasingly segregated education.
The High Commissioner will speak about the negative ramifications of segregated education at the South Eastern European University in Tetovo. He will also address the situation of the country's smaller ethnic communities and the implementation of minority-related legislation and court decisions.
