Школа экспертов организована Верховным комиссаром ОБСЕ по делам нацменьшинств в сотрудничестве с Министерством образования и науки Кыргызской Республики, ЮНИСЕФ Кыргызстан при поддержке Программного офиса ОБСЕ в Бишкеке.
